It’s common to hear cooks and food enthusiasts criticize the use of unitaskers—items designed for a single, specific purpose like avocado slicers, bagel cutters, or meat claws. However, there are certain tools that are so indispensable and useful that having more than one is necessary.
Have you ever found yourself in the middle of boiling pasta, only to realize that your lone strainer is in the dishwasher? In such cases, you might have to abruptly stop the dishwasher mid-cycle because you lack an alternative for straining. This has happened to many of us.
